Application Forms Now Available for AWG2026 & CWG2027

The application forms for coaching staff positions for the upcoming 2026 Arctic Winter Games and the 2027 Canada Winter Games are now officially available. Interested candidates are encouraged to apply before the deadline of 11:58 PM on Sunday, November 17, 2024.

Applications should be submitted via email to admin@hockeynwt.com. Please ensure to specify the appropriate subject line based on the event you are applying for:
- For the Arctic Winter Games, use the subject: AWG Team NT Application
- For the Canada Winter Games, use the subject: CWG Team NT Application

2026 Arctic Winter Games

- Event Dates: March 8-15, 2026
- Location: Whitehorse, Yukon
- Territorial Trials: Dates and location to be determined
- AWG Technical Package: Awaiting confirmation from the AWG International Committee

2027 Canada Winter Games

- Event Dates: February 26 - March 15, 2027
- Location: Quebec City, Quebec
- Selection Dates: To be determined
- CWG Technical Package: Awaiting confirmation from the CWG Council

Application Requirements:
To ensure a complete application, please include the following documents:
1. A detailed hockey resume.
2. Documentation listing coaching qualifications from the Locker or HCR.
3. A letter of reference from a hockey association or similar organization.
4. A current Criminal Records Check with Vulnerable Sector Check (VSC). 
5. A declaration and details of any pending complaints, as well as any disciplinary action.
